TEST 02
Impact Smash Resistance
Sample shuttlecocks undergo repeated pneumatic hammer strikes at 300+ km/h equivalent force to test quill fracture resistance and glue bond strength.
TEST 03
Precision Weight & Dimensions
Strict verification that skirt diameter sits at 66.0 ± 0.5mm, cork diameter at 26.5 ± 0.5mm, and total weight strictly within 4.74–5.50 grams.
